The story behind
In 1898, Émile-Maurice Hermès, the grandson of the house’s founder, set off on a long journey which took him to Moscow and Saint Petersburg. The young man’s creative spirit and drive enabled him to build long-lasting relationships within the house of Hermès and complete a number of orders for great Russian families, including that of Tsar Nicholas II and his wife, Alexandra Feodorovna. A trace buckle adorned with shells, double and single buckles, braids, and garters decorated with the imperial crown are worked into a serene and balanced composition of the kind forever favored by the house.

Went to SF boutique today and found cosmographia on the blue pink CW. Twins with several of you now. I wanted to also try the CW that @PepperS has, but alas they did not have that one.
Depending on how you fold it, you can highlight more blues, pinks, lighter or darker. It has fab hot pink hem.
First pic was taken in boutique so funky lighting...
Oh and @HermesHope you would love this one.

The Story Behind
The design of Caty Latham takes as a model a dolman, richly decorated jacket worn by the Guides of the Imperial Guard of Napoleon III. Transformed today into a bandana, the composition, which has become two-colored, is lined with peas, stars and palmettes. The Brandenburgs, baptized with the name of the city from which they come, not far from Berlin, trimmings turned in arabesque, turn the simplest outfit into a sumptuous garment. An album from the Émile Hermès collection devoted to uniforms, badges and military accessories served as a model for the designer.

The Story Behind
The stable, an intimate world of horses, inspired Hugo Grygkar, author of many drawings for Hermès, a square of charming simplicity. Aligned in their stalls, protected by blankets, mounts exchange, observe, enjoy hay, enjoy a moment of rest and relaxation. The man suddenly seems excluded from their world, but soon he will saddle them, flatter their neck, and training will resume. This drawing describes with great tenderness an episode of equestrian life, a peaceful parenthesis. The stroke is both sharp and precise, life is there, in each of its models. Today surrounded by horseshoe motifs, chevrons and stars, this equestrian family portrait becomes a pretty bandana.
