If you're at Fifth Avenue and just there for hot stamping then take the elevator straight to the 4th floor. That's where they will do stamping and repair service. You don't have to wait for a SA to become available.

That’s where I was. On the 4th floor. I bought a bag on the first floor, then went up to 4 to drop a bag for repairs and ask about hot stamping. It was nuts up there and insanely hot. I’m going to go back this week hopefully. I live local. Thank you for the heads up though about going straight up to 4!

Got this the other day at my local store. Love the dog! Are there 2 size dogs or just 1? I’m not loving how the initials came out. Maybe it’s the shape of my letters. I’m not sure what it is. I’m torn. They also got those marks on it. They said it will go away with time. Has this happened to anyone else and if so did it go away? Did they secure it to hard in the machine?

There are three sizes in other countries but one in US from what I’ve been seeing and been told
