When I had my last hot stamp done, they asked if I wanted the dust bag and I said yes. If they didn’t offer, I would’ve asked anyway. They should have that size available. The bigger sizes, not so much.

That's the sad part. My SA isn't around that time so had to get my luggage tag from I supposed to be a senior SA. She got the tag from the back and just literally put it on the table for me to pick it up and go. I asked if she could put it in a box or dustbag or even a paperbag coz Im just using a small bag. But she said theres none. So i didn't insist when she made that reply. Just disappointed since I've read in threads about the services that LV is giving its customers whether its hot-stamping, SLGs or big items.

That's rude!! I'm so sorry you experienced that. The least thing they can do is to give you a shopping bag. Next time when you are around with your regular SA, ask them for an extra dustbag/box. If you have a good relationship they would gladly give you one without any trouble.

Kinda felt bad about the experience since it's the first time I hot-stamped an item and its for my vintage Nil! I didn't expect that she would put it in a box or dustbag since I've heard its really hard to get one here but still I tried so I asked. But in the end even a small shopping bag is not offered.

I have contacted LV Japan Customer service since i will be traveling to japan. They said they do not have any special (like Sakura) hot stamp now since it was only limited time event. I will be too visiting to Japan in a week so i was hoping ...sigh,
