Hi everyone, thought I should share my recent experience with a botched heat stamping job.
I got the clochette on my alma BB heat stamped. I thought it looked a little messier around the edges than my other heat stamped pieces but I liked it nervertheless and didn't want to make a fuss so I took it home. Three days later the lettering started to peel off. I took it back to the store and found my usual SA. He is so delightful. He told me that whoever had done it had forgot to add a layer of glue under he ink. He gave me a new clochette with the heat stamp and it looks perfect! He told me if I have any issues with it to go back to the store. Fantastic customer service from LV as usual.
