Hey thank you all that is very helpful! I think I might ask for the 30 in leather as an everyday bag and maybe also down the line ask for the 36 canvas as a work bag just since it’s been mentioned that the 36 leather is very heavy!

I use a canvas 36 daily (as pictured below). I chose canvas for the weight because I carry my laptop, lunch, water, wallet... everything in it. Oh and I don't love the sag of the full leather on the larger GP. I'd probably opt for full leather for a 30 just because I love the aesthetic of the all leather lil bag lol.

Same ☺️ (heading to work).

May I join the garden party club now? GP30 Negonda Rose Pourpre. Can someone put a negonda and Vache country side by side ? I saw and touched a vache country 36 in same color briefly but I feel the VaChe country is shinier and richer in pink.

Definitely get the leather. I have one in craie and one in black in size 36. These are my year round everyday work bags and I have been using them for years. They are a good value and not too heavy. I feel the canvas is too casual.
As you mentioned you use this as an everyday work bag, are you able to put it on your shoulder? I've seen conflicting reports as the size of 36 handle is about 5.5. Thank you!

Trying to decide between these two colours/leathers for my first GP! I'm hoping to use it as a general tote and carry-on bag. First bag is Vache Country and second is Negonda - any advice on the leathers/colours would be appreciated!

I prefer the second for the color. I love my GP 36 in VC but it’s more structured and heavier than Negonda, if that matters to you. Good luck deciding!

Thank you very much!
@EANS I'm answering your question here.
I've only used it twice (Its a recent purchase) I find it very lightweight.
I think the fabric lining really keeps the weight down, it seems to weigh very little compared to my other Hermes bags and the handles and comftable in the hand when its full of 'stuff'.
I have other non H bags like The Chloe Edith that although fabric lined is very heavy (Its a pretty thick leather) and the thick handle means it can get pretty uncomftable when the bag is full and hand carried, The GP is'nt like that.
One thing your friend should note is that the handles are too short to go over the shoulder when wearing a coat.
Hope this helps!
I'm very happy with it, it feels durable, chic, minimalist in design But still Classic Hermes.
