My new GP came. It was an impulse web purchase. I am debating if I should keep it or send it back even though I hate doing H returns. It’s vache country which is a major plus but it’s a colour I already have in a crossbody bag (Bleu nuit) and I am debating whether I need an open tote in the same colour since I live in a snowy climate. I need to stay off h.com and stick to in store shopping.

Are online returns particularly problematic or just the general annoyance of return by mail?

I got my noir GP 36 today. Can’t believe the shipping took this long, but the bag looks gorgeous. I’m in love. I love the oasis sandals too, also in black. They are so comfortable and simple. Overall I’m very happy about the purchase and now I’m looking for a pair of amica sandals.

Btw, The bag I got is negonda leather and looks dry and stiff. Does the leather become softer over time? Either way, I’m sure I’d still love it. Just curious.

Hi I am deliberating between a GP 36 negonda vs a toile/leather but I am concerned about the weight after putting in my stuff. Anyone can advise what is the weight of a empty bag 36 negonda and 36 toile/leather so I can better make a decision. Thank you!

The returns are actually super easy. I just always worry if I return something it puts me in the “bad books”. I never return to the store but I find I return a lot online which is probably not great.

I actually use H.com as a catalogue. I would order, see it in person, try it out and return. Then contact my SA and buy it in store. They haven’t put me on a Bad List ....yet, but I also don’t order anything big or crazy. My mentality is, building that relationship with SA so I don’t want to buy anything online unless it’s a super rare item.
