I just returned my bag yesterday but too bad that the chanel boutique in Milan has a no refund policy

That seems unfair. I did return the bag and bought the black one instead. But I could have just straight up returned the tweed. I hope you find something else you love. Good luck!

Yes,to be honest it is unfair & it seems like every country has a different policy because I’ve returned a bag in Istanbul & they do refund the full amount to me,the worst part is due to their policy I have to buy something that costs more than my store credit

Unfortunately this is the case across the EU - no returns/only store credit. My daughter and I decided to spend a day in Seattle and we happened to see one (yesterday) on a mannequin at the Chanel boutique in Nordstrom (downtown).
I bet if you called the mainline for Nordstrom, asked for the Chanel handbag boutique, Andre, Cindy, Lisa, Nancy or one of the other gals or guys could text you photos and answer any questions.
It was stunning- very dressy imo. My teenage daughter (who is much dressier than me) really liked it.

Hi ladies and gents. I posted about the bag on the left earlier and I received a bag and it is tiny. I thankfully I have found a wonderful sales person who is able to swap it out for me for the larger size on the right. I will be posting photos when I receive it. I did get a chance to see it at my local Neiman Marcus and it was the perfect size in the medium. The small is really quite small, almost the size of a classic mini bag.

In my opinion, Gabrielle is as french as a bag can be and the one you will get has the biggest french appeal of all the Gabrielle bags available. It is made for a Parisian bistro
I saw my first Gabrielle out in the wild yesterday. A customer browsing through Chanel racks at Nordstrom. It looked soooooooooooooo good, given the way the woman was dressed. She knew how to put an outfit together, topped with the Gabby. I’m surprised it’s taken this long to see a Gabrielle in my area, because NM and Nordstrom keep selling out. Have you seen many, or any in your area?

I can tell you, two Gabrielle are in my possession and I cherish them for being rare and understated.
I like to be low profile and I think the Gabrielle, although a Chanel, helps me achieve my intended purpose.
I also bought the Gabrielle clutch on chain, and I love to wear it in a V, as it looks as I am wearing a necklace with a nice bag attached, if that makes sense... I don't like to wear jewelry, so this bag is on the spot for me.

The woman had on the cream/black medium. I am a big fan of the all black, but the two tone looked quite sharp.
What colors do you have?
They are rare, understated and look really good in photos, and the one time I’ve seen it in person.
