It is such a beautiful color, especially for Gabrielle. I would definitely keep it!
Airing my 19c Gabrielle. Love the beautiful sun ray on the blue.
Allow me to share my story. I was attracted to the blue displayed on window and walked in to enquire about this bag. The SA thought I wanted the black and told me oos. But I said I was not looking for the black. So he was relieved and showed me some other colors available; baby blue, light grey, beige with black, etc. Tried all and I ended up with the one that brought me to the store.

Before the lockdown and quarantine I saw this at a local TJ Maxx. Looks like they were quite inspired 
I was just told by my boutique SA that Gabrielles are meant to have deep creases like this. I feel very disappointed that the quality of their bags is like this. This is already an EXCHANGED bag, but I was not able to choose due to delivery during covid times. Are the creases suppose to be this deep?

i just purchased a Chanel Gabrielle in new medium (black) and one side has the same crease as you! Literally identical haha! It is aged leather which is supposed to have creases.
I’m ok with it as I know it will crease in the future and it does give it a bit of character (also my friend and I bought the same bag and we need something to differentiate right?

Perfectly normal for a distressed leather, exactly the relaxed and grunge look gabby is going for and got nothing to do with quality. If you’re set on the Gabrielle, perhaps look for the chevron as those tend to have less creasing. Otherwise, enjoy your bag, it’s beautiful!

Hi everyone! I am waiting on my first Chanel Gabrielle to arrive, but wanted to ask everyone if they would recommend using an organizer in the small size to help maintain her shape or if you think it isn't necessary. She will be so small that I'm afraid to take up more room with an organizer. TIA!
I don’t use one. It’s already small as it is and the organizer will take up space. I use slgs instead as a catch all for smaller items. Congrats on getting yours and share some photos when it arrives.
