I spoke to cs and emailed several screenshots in order to be 100% clear in explaining the issue, yesterday evening.
Today I spoke to them again, and my "faulty" cw 08 is being picked up for return tomorrow.
From what I could see they started working on fixing the problem on the website around lunchtime today, so I like to think my email was of some assistance, like the cs agent claimed
(Side note: am I wrong in being a bit surprised and disappointed that no compensation *whatsoever* was mentioned...?)
Now I just hope I won't have to wait too long for the replacement (cw 09) to arrive...

Thanks I love it too. I hope you will get yours soon. I had no compensation either. The sa said sorry about the inconvenience, but now I'm thinking she maybe could have done or given something. When I bought my first carré years ago they gave me knotting cards [emoji5]
