Hi, I believe you need CW 09. Here is a pic of the same scarf, but in the gavroche. This description of the colours (vert/bleu nuit/bordeaux) also seems to be a better match to the colours of the one you are after, in my opinion (vs the 08 bleu/vert/rouge) . Maybe contact Customer Service to be sure?
Think they mixed up the pics (noticed they did the same with the Flamboyant Web pochette on the US-site).

Edit: see you already posted you contacted a store, but maybe this post is of help to someone else planning to order this. :balloon:

The same thing happened to me!
I ordered the one with red border in the pics, but received the green bordered one :confused1:
Seems they have got the pics for cw 08 and 09 mixed up! :eek:

Hopefully I'll get the right one after returning the green border one.
Oh well.

Thanks, I hope they have the scarf in store, because I'm beginning to think I told them the wrong number now. I'm going to call again in the morning first.

Not good at all!
I spoke to cs, and emailed with a bunch of screenshots to make the issue easier to explain.
Because both cw have such similar colors (shades of red/green/blue) it was a bit hard to try explaining over the phone to someone, in your second language to boot!

When I picked up my order in store I *did* look at it and thought the red looked a lot brighter than expected, but didn't think about the border - I love green so I figured I just got them mixed up after looking at them online too many times :giggle:

Hopefully they'll correct it sooner rather than later.

I taught exactly the same, such a bright colour. That's why I took a look in to my order. And then I noticed the border. Good that you contacted customer service, I was planning to do the same. But it's not easy indeed in another language.

I have in my notes (from earlier postings) that 08 has orange border and 09 has green border (because the other colors are kind of similar), but that in gavroche size 08 and 09 are mixed up.

:thinking: Hmmm, I don't know. But my personal guess is that they mixed up the 90s and not the gavroches.
(Per H.com, in the gavroche 08 is bleu/vert/rouge (left), 09 is vert/bleu nuit/ bordeaux(right).) Just from the description of the colours, I don't see bleu nuit and bordeaux in the one with the green border. To me, that would describe the colours in the one with the orange/red border (the sky and the cape). But I do believe at least two or three tPFers have purchased the right one in a 90 and posted here, so maybe they could provide us with a definitive answer? :sos:

This is one of the reasons I avoid ordering from the website and rely on the long-term relationship with my SA. If the item isn't in her boutique, she can order it from another. Warehouse shippers just aren't reliable IMHO.

Thanks momasaurus! I'm in The Netherlands and all of my options of Space Shopping are indeed available on the web, but this really is not my preferred method of purchasing, especially not for items I'm just not sure about. Only order online when I'm 99,9% certain I will love it AND I can't seem to find it in store. Just don't think it is very consumer-friendly to have items ready for purchase online as well as in boutiques in other European countries, but not here for another few weeks. That's a mismatch between me and H I guess. Unless some modeling pics are posted here that really win me over for one particular CW, I will have to be patiented and hopefully compare them IRL. :beach:

Angelian, Yes, I am eyeing Canada 12 for myself! I am one of those who can do the greens. In fact, my best color - although (of course) I favor any others (like orange, red, and grey) that I just can't pull off. I like the blue animals in this one and the vivid pink too. I went insane with the Samourais last season. I'm almost relieved not to feel the same frenzy with AW. At least not yet :)

Absolutely huge mistake on the website re: 90cm space shopping CWs. My SA charge sent me CW 08 thinking it was the red border, but I was surprised to see it was the green border. I spoke to another tpf'er who had the CW I wanted and she told me it was 09. Luckily, when I came to return my scarf, my SA had the correct one.

This issue seems to be because of the info on the site, not the "warehouse shippers" (do you mean the staff putting the orders together?).
Quite annoying none the less, but I for one have to rely on the online store; there's only one(1) brick and mortar H in my country, and it's a franchise store = no ordering from other boutiques :crybaby:

Yes, you may pity me, ha ha.
