I purchased Space Shopping in CW03 last week. I'm out of town for the next 10 days and don't have it with me. I spoke to cs, and emailed with a bunch of screenshots to make the issue easier to explain.
Because both cw have such similar colors (shades of red/green/blue) it was a bit hard to try explaining over the phone to someone, in your second language to boot!
When I picked up my order in store I *did* look at it and thought the red looked a lot brighter than expected, but didn't think about the border - I love green so I figured I just got them mixed up after looking at them online too many times
Hopefully they'll correct it sooner rather than later.
Did you manage to return? I checked online and both numbers are gone. Maybe they are doing an update.
The sa I spoke today was going contact cs about it too. She was surprised that this happened.

I spoke to cs and emailed several screenshots in order to be 100% clear in explaining the issue, yesterday evening.
Today I spoke to them again, and my "faulty" cw 08 is being picked up for return tomorrow.
From what I could see they started working on fixing the problem on the website around lunchtime today, so I like to think my email was of some assistance, like the cs agent claimed
(Side note: am I wrong in being a bit surprised and disappointed that no compensation *whatsoever* was mentioned...?)
Now I just hope I won't have to wait too long for the replacement (cw 09) to arrive...

Has anyone seen the fall/winter scarves released in Toronto yet? My birthday is next week and I want to get one for it but I'm worried that they might not have the colors I want. Should I call and make an appointment even if I'm only purchasing a scarf?
