I did some research on this scarf, but i have not seen it in natura. It was supposed to come to only 2shops here in Germany. Its a 90x90 silk twill with a special dying precidure (i heard something about smoke too...) the price was almost 500€... I dont understand why they advertise it in such a predominant way in the booklet, and then make it practically imposible to get! If this was another brand, we would discard it! But again we "forgive" H once more how it treats its costumers.....

Pegase, I am lucky to have a relatively new-to-H SA and she's always very helpful with me in sharing intel and searching for items.
I have read a few of your posts in regards to how you have been treated by your boutique (C'est la Fete comes to mind) and I can understand your frustrations completely.
You have a very good point about the booklet, it's certainly made prominent. I wasn't aware of just how limited the supply was but nothing surprises me in regards to H advertising such white whales...marketing of the near unattainable is par for the course.

I love the Cavalcadour pattern in general, I'm not sure Cavalcadour Clair de Lune is something I'd look to acquire for myself (though never say never, the red might be quite striking) but I think on a man it could look quite dashing.

Dear BritA. ... My comment was meant much more to H in general!...
The SA at my local shop do try their best to get what they can... actually they could track down 2 ClF down here, but if there is something I "really" want, its always better to "grab" it if you see it some where else! As we can see in the SS 2013 thread , there already are some GMs out there! and we are still waiting for "Imprimeur foux -Sequences" CW 07 here...

Ah, gotcha ;) Yes, for e.g CSMC GMs didn't arrive at my boutique until mid December. I understand...

congrats! was just looking online at it - which color did you choose? do you have any pics? thanks so much!!

Hi palmbeach pink! I ordered all three of the Indigo pointus because it was too hard to decide which one to pick. :smile1: Well, all three are wonderful.

They came with indigo tissue but normal brown ribbon from H.com. The lightest one is not as pale as it appears at H.com online and they are a little more blue and less green than they appear there. The one showing the tag and the stitching below is the medium blue.

Here are some pics. I hope that you find at least one that you love. :D

What fun pierina2, lovely blues, thanks so much for posting! :smile1:
Is the fabric more like twill, or does it feel like a Dip Dye, or perhaps it's an entirely new weave/dye process?

Love the three layered together and worn together. Brilliant.

Beautiful!!!! Do we have any information on the colorways this is coming in? So far I have only seen yours and Mia's.

Other than Mia's, the only other one I've seen is another greenish version. Hard to describe, I'd say it's sort of a pale chartreuse shade...

Even though these were technically from F/W, I think they only began showing up in stores over the last ten days or so.

Thank you, etoile de mer. I believe that it's a very old dye process that is new to H scarves. But don't quote me, I just got them because they are all blue! They feel like the vintage 70's, fairly matte and very soft. Exactly like an older Couvertures pointu in vintage silk:
