How was your experience with the Raingard Protector (did it change the color, or texture of the vachetta..)? Does it protect only from the rain or color transfer as well?
Is there another bag you are thinking of getting? I am thinking of Evora for the rainy days.

I will! I think I'm going to stop by the boutique today. They have a retiro mm and GM and estrela mm in stock. Hopefully they won't give me a hard time about seeing them :-)

I went to the boutique today to look at the retiro PM/GM and the estrela MM. I am in love with the ESTRELA! Now I just need to wait patiently until my hubby says I can buy it :yahoo: Unfortunately or fortunately however you look at it, most of my collection has been purchased over the past year. I may consider buying this one pre-loved. They hard definitely not very popular on the secondhand market! We shall see! I think this bag would perfectly round out my collection for me!

When I purchased my Speedy 35 the SA said I should let it sit for 2 weeks before taking it out, and no need to spray the handles. I think I have taken her out only 5 times...I am not a top handle person :smile1:

In Estrela´s case I did spray her twice, and the Raingard Protector did not change the color or texture of the vachetta at all ! And I think that spray is going to protect also the fine leather from the color transfer.

No more bags for me for a long while, I am content. Also, sorry but I am not the fan of DE so the Monogram is my only choice :graucho:

I ordered an Estrela online and FE will deliver tomorrow. In the club!! Anyway, Im concerned on how to keep the microfiber lining clean!! Any suggestions? Im usually careful with my LVs but this lining looks like it would pick up dirt really easy and I hate a lining thats not clean.

Only option is a purse organizer.. I normally fold and lay the dustcover in the bottom of my bags that has Alacantra lining when I choose not to use an organizer. Congrats!!

I got two from Purse Bling in tan color to match the lining. The Jumbo size is way too small. The Extra Jumbo has a good hight, but too wide and doesn not fit. I am going to try the adjustable one with the velcro.

Oh ok.. I had one special made by divide and conquer for the Estrela..
