Every time I go into my LV they tell me they can't shorten mine. I wonder if it's country specific. I would love to have LV do it as I am only 5ft tall. All the cobblers near me have such dirty shops. I'm worried they would get shoe polish on it or do a bad job.

I am really not so good at explaining things so I'll insert coupld of pictures of my finding...
Will you please give me some feed back on this whether this is normal wear and tear after about a year... (I am assuming so.. but I'm so bummed cuz I always try to be careful with my bags...)
and if it's something that can be taken into the store? or is it too small of a deal to bring her in yet?
The moment I noticed the splits, that was the last time I took her out from the dustbag...lol
I am just so sad cuz she holds very sentimental memory.

I'm new to the forum and planning to purchase my first bag soon. There's so many I love however it's hard to choose. I'm a bigger girl though and the eva looks wonderful on all of you, I have so much planned this summer and was hoping this one might work for me with the longer strap and all. It's a smaller bag though and honestly do you think this bag is just too small for a bigger lady?
Hello... I am also a bigger girl. I tried it on. Long strap she is awesome. I am 5'2 but with the extra weight this bag was better than the Favorite which was my first choice. Now... Under my arm was a different story. I have my weight on my legs and flabby arms. So... She was a snug fit. So she is a no go for me. Not because she looks small but bacause it does not fit under my arm. I have noticed that heavier girls than me, same weight or less heavy girls have thinner arms. So she might work for you. Although short handle bags under my arm are not my thing. I say go for it. Their is a clubhouse of plus size but it's not that popular

The same thing happened to me recently!! I have the Eva in DE and just noticed the cracked corners and the red interior popping out. I hear that canvas can't be repaired so I never brought it into the store to have them take a look. Have you brought yours in?? I'm thinking about doing it to see what the SA says. Not sure if they can do anything but doesn't hurt to ask. I haven't taken out of the dustbag since I noticed it too. So sad!

Same here! I took mine in a couple of days ago, still under 2 years warranty. They took pictures of the damage (I was asked to leave the bag there but I needed the bag that evening) and said would give me a call back. Will see.

Hi doseoffaith, aww I'm sorry to hear you are having the same issue..
I still have it in the dust bag lol I have thought about bringing it in to the store..but haven't had the chance to yet.
I know that the canvas can't be replaced but if you take a real real close look on the edge of the canvas I think there is some glazing finish.. I might be wrong because it was really hard to tell the difference since mine is in mono. but yeah.. anyways... please let me know if you have them take a look...

Finally in! Just purchased this birthday as a 27th birthday gift to myself
