I am going to update my response to this. Yesterday I carried my turquoise 40 without an organizer. Thought I had everything well organized into pouches to help with that. Well I can say that my experience was a bit infuriating. I couldn't find any of my pouches quickly. I was in and out of the bag several times throughout the day, which didn't help. Like @Babsiegirl my pouches ended up slipping into the middle of the bag where I couldn't easily access them. I am going back to my organizer!

If you were at an event, I assume you have an SA who you can trust and tell them how odd you find this. They can use their magic to put your mind at ease, and maybe even arrange some resolution through repairs if this issue really bothers you. Which won't mean fixing it, since that would be a complete disassembly, but rather an exchange.
Also no need to burn money on authenticators, I always say that I find that concept such a scam. They know just as much as us long-time enthusiasts, and their word has the same weight.

Just to update that I did get the Entrupy authentication done a day earlier and it came back as a genuine article as well. It really only confirms what I had felt was the case all along, but it’s just good to have additional data points. The authenticator herself was commenting during the session that the bag comes across as being very legit (she’s also running a preowned luxury bag business) and she felt there were no red flags at all, apart from the crazy flipped interior.

Truly the oddest luxury purchase I’ve ever made - I really don’t understand how this missed QC in LV, but I guess that could mean I have a one of one model of a speedy P9?? LOL

By the way is there actually a special after care program specifically for the P9? Looking at the introduction page on the website:

Or is it just referencing the typical repair/restoration services of LV?

I would get a 1.2mm insert. They are very lightweight and will not "structure" your bag, but will keep everything in place. My go to brand is Samorga.

If you watch the youtube video comparing the sizes of P9 30s to regular speedy 30s (meredith has one), the P9s are like 2cm larger. Same with the 25 and even the 40. Very interesting and also frustrating for getting a good fitting insert into them. I just emailed Samorga to see if they can create one that fits these "new" sizes more appropriately. I def need some sort of an insert just to find things. Otherwise it's just a massive drooping dark hole (with literally dark lining, making it harder to find anything inside). A base shaper is also an option but I would be worried about it messing up the leather on the sides.

I use the regular thickness organizer and 25 size from Samorga. The little size difference isn’t enough to matter. It works well in my P9.
