Soooooooā¦. Thereās a really really strange anomaly with the P9 that I got. The pocket and plaque are on the wrong side of the interior.
I still have no reason to doubt the authenticity at this stage, given everything that has surrounded this purchase (original purchase receipt provided, purchased at a local LV boutique, everything that comes with the bag does not look fake or a replica in any way, collected it directly at the home of the seller, the bag feels and looks exactly the same as the P9s we saw and handled during the LV store event in December etc etc). Nothing smells fishy at all and given the long selling history and the items the seller had sold (including PP and AP watches), there is also no reason to suspect that heās suddenly got a fake item on hand. I did do a authenticity check with Legitgrails when I found out about this and the report came back as authentic, and Iāve also made an appointment with a local Entrupy authenticator later this week just to allay any remaining concerns I have. My only guess would be that whichever artisan assembling this particular P9 somehow got it wrong and flipped the sides.
It really doesnāt impact the usage of the bag but it is a really, really odd occurrence. Letās see what the second authentication throws out later this week - Iāve also reached out to the seller who seemed to express genuine surprise about this (somewhat understandable as he never used the bag at all).

The big question I would have if this bag is fake would be - if so much effort was made to make such a convincing (in every other way) fake or replica, why would the interior have such an obvious error?
