When I bought my Hermes Evelyne about 13 years ago, I was convinced I'd never need another bag! How wrong I was...
This is ME!!!This thread makes me feel somewhat normal
Months before my birthday… Well, it’s almost my birthday. I can get this bag now as a birthday bag.
On my birthday… I know I got a bag a few months back but it’s my actual birthday so it’s different. Purchasing this bag makes it even more special…so consciously ridiculous
I wasn't going to buy ANY bags this year. Having decided I had way more than enough. I bought my 3rd bag beginning of March 
All 3 are Longchamp, of which I have way too many to. But I love them and they make me happy...

Well, if I sell this other bag and maybe that other bag, I’ll have enough money to cover this new bag….so it’s like I’m not spending anything at all.
Funny thing is, after the new bag comes, I never seem to get around to selling the other ones.
(I’m kinda embarrassed how much I’ve contributed to this thread)
The dumbest reasons…fear of inventory scarcity or another price increase. These are purely marketing driven.

I'm so happy I'm not alone! This thread has really made me feel better about my bag addiction, I can't tell you.Me: *thinking of an outing in the future* I don't have a SINGLE bag that will work! None of my (20+) bags fit the mood/vibe/look I'm going for!
(I may at times use the same rationale for shoes too.)
And yet I've been able to manage well enough without that bag (or pair of shoes) in my life up until that point. LOL.

I have to say, I had no idea this thread would be so popular, and that so many of us worry about this stuff. I am very glad that is has fulfilled a need. 
My latest dumb reason: OMG, how did I not know about this brand? I must have a bag just so I can know for sure it’s a good…. Oh FORGET IT. I’m buying the bag, I don’t CARE if I have no idea. Look at it! It’s gorgeous! Who knew!

Oh my gosh, Kate Spade just released a video of a baby piglet playing with their Voyage bag. Ok, that's it. I need it now. Right now. Oh my gosh, the pig is trying to pick it up with her snout, and then her mouth? Aww, and she flapping her ears and rolling in the grass, too! So cute!
I need it. The bag, not the pig. Though, I wouldn't mind both.
