Just picked up the second one I ordered online and this one is so much better. I’m keeping her.

Wow! That sounds awful.
I just ordered my first one and it arrived with a zipper that is difficult to close. I just ordered another, so hopefully it will be easier to zip:smile:

I was so excited to finally get one. I did notice the zipper is very hard to zip up after opening though...is this normal? Everything else looks great so far though.

The new DA one I have also seems to have a “finicky” zip only sometimes but everything else was perfect so I kept it. I’m hoping it gets better with use. The mono one I returned was bad all around & had a difficult zip... 1st and only item I have ever returned from LV. I didn’t reorder it. I’ve learned I prefer their other types of cles - like the Vernis one they offer & the old MC. I like the empreinte one too but not the current colors.

I'm glad your DA was a good one! I love the vernis too!
I have the mini HL speedy and the Nano speedy, so I'm hoping this can be used for little incidentals in tiny bags:heart:
