Hi guys - I just got my cles a week ago and I noticed this just now - Is this normal? It looks like it's already starting to fray. Should I get an exchange or? 
Mine looks the same as yours! I just got it in the mail yesterday and I'm so disappointed in the quality. Mine looks like it's lop-sided too...I don't know if you experienced that.

I joined the club today after 2 months of stalking online and there is some sort of glue or something all along the top edges. Has this happened to anyone else? Azur is so cute from afar, but im not sure how I feel about it up close. Maybe because I am so used to the Mono?
Anyways, someone said to try to pick off the substance, but I think its a send back yes? Is the zipper un finished like that at the chain edge normal?

The gluelike substance is definately a defect, I’d send it back. The zipper is normal, I think
It was just glue and it came right off! Annoyed that they didn't check it over and remove the glue, but its never in stock so I am not sending it back. Its perfect now.
I got one in DE to throw in my mini pochette to hold my essential cards for quick errands/when I want a small clutch and don't feel like hauling bags around. I really like it! The DE is a little stiffer than I'm used to with my monogram canvas, but I'm not sure if it will soften up with use(or could just be because of the SLG style?) It's kind of making me rethink an Ebene bag, but I reckon I'll just have to go into the store and check them out.
