There is that possibility, but who knows what LV does. Maybe they also rotate bags from one boutique to another?
I went back and changed the bag :amuse: I asked them about the date on the bag and they explained that it’s not the “date” they made the bag, but the day they ordered everything for the bag and then made it. I don’t know if that’s true but as I said before I got a new one and it feels much better. :smile:

I really have no luck with this purchase... I have noticed 2 new “defects” on this bag so I will need to go back to the store tomorrow. Uhh I’m so upset! I really don’t understand how they pass the control before shipping to stores. I will insert a picture for you. :sad: ”Louis Vuitton” looks like “Iouis Vuitton”, the L isn’t visible enough. And you can see the “inside” of the bag next to the zipper. So frustrating!!!

The problem with the store is that the lighting does not pick up small things like that very well. And in the excitement, defects could go unnoticed. I feel your pain... I've been there!

I went to the store this morning and you don’t understand how bad the service was! I have been a client for many many years and never ever been treated this badly. He almost threatened me and said “if you don’t keep this bag or will ever want to purchase it again, we will write -NO CHANGE- on your receipt. HOW crazy is that?! Worst ever customer service. I will not go back there again, done with Louis Vuitton for good!

Yes, I didn’t realize the new ones that recently came out had matte leather. If I didn’t buy it directly from the LV website I would have thought something was off. I thought I was going crazy when I opened the box and saw that the leather was different than my speedy b 25 in DE. I called LV in Beverly Hills and they told me that they recently made the change. But tbh I thought I was going crazy before I asked because the the favorite mm in DE I bought two weeks ago in London didn’t have matte leather trim or strap..

They still make both leathers :smile:, I looked for months until one came in with shiny leather.
