Hi guys,

I’m new to the forum but I was really hoping for some help please! I’m really interested in purchasing the Alma BB in vernis in the colour pomme d’amour (preloved) but there seem to have been many other reds in circulation at some point, cherry, cherise, red etc. As I cannot see pomme in real life before purchase I was really hoping someone would have pics of the differences between these shades or could shed some light on the true pomme shade. Really love the shimmer undertones! Thanks so much for any help you guys can give xx

I cannot give you a direct comparison picture, but I can light up some things for you. Cherry and Cerise are the same colors: first one is English, second French. Pomme d‘amour is more of a cool red, cherry more of a warm red. PDA has red glazing, Cherry has black. Hope that helps. Good luck

I was wondering if anyone moved their clochette to the other side of the handle. It came originally on the strap hook part of the bag and it felt really bulky and didn’t sit right so I decided to place it on the other side. Weird or am I missing something? Just curious. Thanks for any insight!❤️❤️

Congrats! Yours is beautiful.
I have this bag too and the clochette is tricky. You could put it anywhere you want actually. Some people don't even use it.
I like to have the clochette in the front and the lock in the back. That way, no matter how I carry it, I have a little eye candy.

Hi everyone! I purchased my second Alma BB today, I already had it in DB so I went with noir epi leather this time. But I noticed that in some places, it’s still some glue left (I think from when they made the bag), should I return it or will it go away with time?

First, congrats to your beautiful new bag!
Second, I hate it when this happens to a new bag from Lv! I would personally just try to remove it myself very carefully by just rubbing it gently. I had a similar situation to my clochette from my Mylockme bag. At first, I thought the glazing was having problems. Then upon closer inspection, and a simple rubbing, I realized that it was just glue that came right off.
Your situation mighty be different, cuz yours seems to be in the seam area, if I’m not mistaken. Still, it may be easy to simply rub off. If this doesn’t help, then take it back to the store and see what they can do. They will definitely try to rub it off, then offer you an exchange, if you prefer that.

Thank you dear it’s above the seam area, and I got some off but not entirely. They only had 2 left before I bought mine and the other one was very veryyyy defected. The store here in Sweden is pretty small so they don’t have a lot in stock, unfortunately... don’t know what to do.

Take it to the store to see what they can do to your bag. They do have tricks that we are not aware of sometimes.
Sometimes what I also do is go to a very reputable shoe cobbler, and ask them what they can do. They can easily tell you how easy/difficult it is to correct the problem.

Can my following essentials fit in Alma BB i.e. Pallas compact wallet/ Victorine wallet; iPhone 7 plus; mini pochette(medicines); dry facial tissues; wet wipes, 6ring key holder; DE cles pouch (coins); sunglasses and my reading glasses?

Alma BB do fit a lot but I’m pretty sure it won’t fit 2 glasses.

Hi! It’s me again, sorry.... But just one more question. I just checked the date on my bag and it says Aa1189 (France week 18 of 2019), but the store said that the bag just came in. How is it possible? It was made 2 months ago, can it be that someone returned it or?

There is that possibility, but who knows what LV does. Maybe they also rotate bags from one boutique to another?
