Anxiously waiting for the reveal ladies! I'm so so so excited!!

I've decided on getting a Cupid now, but I need more pics and a helpful review. Maybe I can get past those awfully skinny handles. :p Will be watching like a hawk for the Cupid pics to come rolling in. >8D

Just looking at the picture of the black Cupid on LB again, and getting a little concerned that the handles might pull out of the gold hardware they are attached to. hmm...

^I am a little concerned about that as well. I wonder how it is secured. A lot of my tassels from current bags with the caps on the end like this have come un-glued and slide up and down. I don't think if this happened it would comprimise the handles functionality, however.

I remember a similar metal plate being used a couple years back on some MAMs that the handles were attached to, and there were alot of problems with the plate coming loose.

^ummm, bummer.

The more I think about this bag, the more I am thinking of canceling my pre-order and waiting for the next version of the cupid to come out (if it does) after kinks have been worked out (if there are any) Or just waiting to see how others like it and how it wears. The skinnier handles, the hardware and even the color...I pre-ordered metallic taupe and also the more pictures I see of it I am not in love with the color as much as I thought I would be (please, no offense to metallic taupe lovers, it is beautiful just maybe not so much for my wardrobe!).
Hummmm, maybe I will wait to see one reveal and then decide.

Can't wait to see it! I just got my metallic taupe mam, but I may return it because I have a cupid on pre-order. Depends on how the cupid looks/feels.

While the photos are uploading to photobucket......Well I'll start off by saying she is going back. I am not loving the shape for some reason.

Positives....the red leather is amazing! Distressed and feels a lot like my teal 3 zip mac.

The straps are a tight fit. I weigh 112 pounds on a heavy day and it was a tight fit on my shoulder. I also do not love the front pocket. I actually like the back of the bag better then the front!

The color is off a little bit. It not near as in your face bright (if that makes sense). It is cloudy out and I had to use inside lighting to get good pics.

I really, really do love this leather. I will probably order a mac.

The way the front pocket lays bothered me a bit. Here is a pic from another angle.



Here's me. Just shy of 5'4". I'm barefoot in this pic. I do have large arms for my frame and it was a tight fit.

I'm not sure what I think of the bottom 2 straps hanging down like that. It thought they would be snug against the bag.
