I have this bag as well and it is divine. The leather could not be nicer! :)

How awesome! You will not be disappointed with this Cupid. You got a great deal on her too. I can't wait for you to unwrap and hold it. So soft....:graucho:

I got it, I got it, I got it!!! You two were so right, I died when I unwrapped the bag last night..... the softest RM black leather I've ever felt! It did not let me down at all even with the pretty high hope that I had on it ...:cloud9:

An awesome girl posted the code on the deals and steals thread in the shopping sf last Sunday (code was good through that day only ). I have no idea how she got that code though... I also saw few girls were posting it on their FB and twitter.

Congrats my fellow Cupid owner!! Glad you love the Cupid and of course the heavenly black leather is just icing on the cake!:graucho:

My Hot Pink Cupid!!

That is a gorgeous Cupid! Looks great with your outfit. (What I can see of it at least ;) )

So my raspberry cupid just arrived. First thought was that the bag is HEAVY. Anyone else have that issue with these bags? The leather looks great, soft and smooshy. But I'm just surprised by the sheer weight of the bag, even when empty.

I have the raspberry cupid as well, and I don't find it unusually heavy. Now that may be because I'm used to carrying my MAM's stuffed full of stuff and I'm not putting quite as much in my cupid.

This is true. I tend to stuff my bags with lots of junk, including water bottles, which always weighs them down. Do you primarily wear yours crossbody, over the shoulder, or handheld?

I never wear it crossbody, I usually wear it over my shoulder. That could be another reason I don't notice the weight.

I find my Cupid to weigh a lot as well, even without my things in it. At the end of the day and after wearing the bag crossbody my shoulder aches a wee bit! I think it's partly due to the thick leather and (moreso) the amount of solid hardware on the bag. If the long strap was just a tad bigger/wider I don't think it would be as much a problem.

Such a beautiful color and thanks for the photos! Is the color in natural light about the same?

I'm debating on this one vs. soft grey. Do you have any experiences with RM soft grey? I've seen stock images and it looks like a medium grey and a little flat compared to the pale grey.

how does soft grey look? i dont have this bag anymore:( i would compare this one to dove grey actually

I've attached stock images of the soft grey and pale grey.

What did you think of the pale grey leather when you had it? Was is a good thickness but still soft? I'm guessing the stock image is lighter than IRL cause of all the lighting.

pale grey is the top one right? i prefer the bottom one-- mine showed scratches very easily and was a bit too light/faded out looking for me, i prefer a more grey color
