Haven't been active in this forum for quite sometime...Came across this Boy style while traveling in Taiwan last year. Really drawn to this shape, but didn't pull the trigger back then because the boutique only had the velvet material. Unexpectedly saw this one at a one-of-a-kind store and I couldn't get my mind off her. She was from the 2022 production, and is in new condition. LeBoy collection was what got me into Chanel....since then I have bought (and sold) various Boys, and my heart still sings when I take my Boys out. This one is leather lined, and it's the exact combo (black, caviar, vintage gold hardware) I wanted. Happily adding her to my collection

Le Boy Small Turquoise...I don’t know why I resisted this club for so long. I’m in love with this new-to-me goatskin hottie. Here he is sitting with his vintage sister, which I happened to be polishing up a bit.

I have it in the bronze colour way. The leather is not delicate. It is goat, so not as durable as caviar by any means, but I took it to clubs and lounges back in the day and it still looks mint. I once had a friend spill their drink on it… cleaned up just fine—you cannot tell.
No discolouration with the rainbow chain either.

It’s not a bag to toss around or let scrape against things as the goatskin is “painted” with this iridescent finish. I have seen some for consignment online that have wear to the bottoms corners only; that seems to be wear to be cautious. However, I had mine for 5 years before I consigned it and it was in pristine condition when I sold it. It even still had the blues stickers covering the sides where the chain pulls through! I just noticed by the pics I posted here, the back of the clasp had the sticker on still too lol 😂 But I was careful with her. She gets a lot of looks and compliments
The rainbow hardware is just stunning and shows much more on the boy bag vs. the classic version since the boy bag CC clasp is larger. Hope you find one in great condition!
