I do not currently own a Cerf Tote but thinking that may be my next bag....I though the medium size (currently $3000.00) came with a strap as well. Anyone know for sure? Also, anyone hear about the price increase and what the Cerf will be?

Quick question on the leather being used lately. For the black with gold hardware, is it now just coming in the grainy, pebbled textured leather, or is it still available in the smooth, original leather? The grainy one had a price tag of $3200. I haven't been following Chanel lately so I'm a little out of the loop on this, lol. Thanks!!!

So elegance on you. After I saw your pictures: CC Cert tote and GST in person side by side, I'm so happy that I made a right decision for Cert Tote in black ghw, so simple, elegance, clean look (not shout out designer bag CC especially in big bag) and timeless. My bag will arrive tomorrow after waiting 2 months for in black with ghw.

I bought mine off eBay a while ago. But on one side of the bag I use cardboard which my husband measured up for me off a black gift box I had. It still does the job. I don't use my base shapers on the base of the bag though. I use them on the sides of the bags (so where the cc logo pocket is & in the same pocket at the back of the bag is where I place the 2nd base shaper). It definently works and makes a difference. My friends bag was slouchy and she uses 1 now and has made a difference for her bag too

Can I have ur side base measurement, save my time when my bag arrived. Thanks

I have the cerf. Lovely bag for work, the side pouch holds my ipad. I was worried in the beginning because the strap kept unhooking from itself, but I used a little hermes tie to tie the hook to the loop. Been looking at the mini cerf now .. like a mini me.

I just received my CC Cert Tote (I thought tomorrow) here she is in Black GHW $3,200.00, is it classic or seasonal. I found its base on both side aren't firm, are they look normal and loose thread hanging out, do you think I cut it by myself or take in NT will do it.
