some mod pics of how i would wear my executive tote dressed up with heels and dressed down with flats - it is very suitable for both imo.

i don't like to use the detachable strap often, as i feel wearing it this way makes the bag sag quicker. i like to keep my bags structured so i also have a base shaper in mine.

for reference, i'm 5'4" :smile1:

Hello,

So sorry if this is a silly question, I'm a Chanel newbie!
I live in England but will be travelling to Dubai in April for my birthday and was planning on treating myself to the Chanel Cerf Tote in beige, but wondered if they sell them year round, and are these bags quite readily available?
Also, does anyone know if they cost slightly less in Dubai when GBP is converted to AED?

Hi, I'm not sure about the price in Dubai but it's a classic tote and should be available all year round. Why don't you try to contact Chanel boutique at Heathrow airport if you fly from there and check their stocks? You might find it's cheaper there. :)

The cerf is part of the classic collection. Are you referring to the sueded caviar? If so, it is still being made in the classic caviar as far as I've seen. The new "beige" for this fall is actually called brown. They have not produced additional beige cerf for this season, but some stores have them still, and the SAs I've talked to say they are expecting to see the beige again in the future since its a classic.

Danii I found the beige cerf at BG! I was so excited I jumped on the opportunity to purchase it! Couldn't believe I finally found a place in the US with it! :)

You're most welcome! If you are interested,another tPFer posted pics of the new brown and white cerf totes a few pages back as a reference for me when I was considering the brown. I decided to go with the classic beige color, but her references were so helpful! If you do get one, please do a reveal!
