I think you're right. I'm also very careful with my bags. I've seen some lambskin flaps that are seriously bent out of shape but both of mine are still boxy. I don't store my m/l very well but I do store my jumbo properly and I never fill either them with too much stuff when I use them either.

Yes, I can carry it on my shoulder but not sure if the new ones are as soft. Mine is deerskin. Not sure what they use now and they have that tab across the top which might make it more difficult to "soften", if you know what I mean. I prefer to carry it in the crook of my arm though.

Thanks for the info! Yeah, I'm not sure what they are made of either-I am in LOVE with the anthracite and bought and returned it and re-bought it, but I have to really consider if it's functional for me. I'm hoping the handles relax to allow a bigger handle drop :) My GST was hard to carry on the shoulder until it relaxed a little and now I love it! Hoping the cerf is the same...

I know what you mean! I bought and returned and re-bought the cerf as well! It is one of my faves and I do own a Birkin as well which is so similar but love the cerf. It's lighter and roomier. I thought I wouldn't want the cerf anymore once I got my birkin but the cerf handles are more comfy.

So funny I bought the cerf with gold hardware last month then returned it two days later..Thought it was too similar to my birkins ..guess what I'm buying it again on Saturday...!!!L can't wait...:smile1:

Is it lighter than the XL GST? I have the XL GST and I love it but I pack so much in it that by midday my shoulder is hurting...

YES! That was exactly my thought!!!! Good move to buy it back. They are similar but so different! Don't ask me how but they are! My husband thinks I'm nuts, go figure!! LOL

Does anyone know what seasonal colours the Cerf tote comes in this season.....I know it comes in black & beige but I already have 3 black Chanel bags & as much as I love beige I would be too scared to use it

Here are the fall 12A colors. The orange only comes in the new shorter tote size.
