Exactly my thoughts! I recently found a small executive cerf tote at Saks Boca and bought it.
Just the perfect size for me and not boring at all!

I wish they would of kept the original cerf but use the new Epson leather that ysl is using on the sac de jours! Would be nice for the cerf to be more structured with a less grainy leather. I still love mine though!

Its funny you should mention that site as I just discovered it today for the first time. There is a petrol blue cerf tote with silver hardware on ebay that I have seen on the uk site. Its new in box with a receipt for £1850 or best offer It comes up if you search cerf tote and filter to UK only

I saw the totes in store.

The small version is soft, and looks like it will lose its structure over time. Good size if you're only looking to carry a 13".

The large is huge on a shoulder strap. Although it is more structured.

The handles on both sizes are big and floppy. They don't stay up. Nor do they lay down.

So disappointed. It's about $AUD1K more exxy than last version. I'm kicking myself for not buying it then. Been waiting ever since for the right size and colour to come in. It never did. Oh well! [emoji22]
