Hi! I have tournon in python and the screw just fell apart. I was not aware of this quality issue on their hobo bags. Does the screw and mechanism that holds the handle of the tournon and the caissa the same? I was told by my SA that it was the first time they have encountered it in a tournon. They have fixed it and said they will replace it if it will happen again. But now i am worried sick that it might just happen anytime now that i am aware that it is continously happening to their other bags like the caissa which i think has the same mechanism with the tournon.

I haven't seen the tournon in real life but judging from the pictures, it seems similar. I have the caissa since day 1 of release and no issues with the screws so far. I was told by my SA to just use the bag which I have been doing but regularly check for looseness. So far so good. 👍
And I haven't heard of anyone with screw issues here lately so hopefully it was just a batch of defective bags. My SA wasn't even aware of the issue (or maybe pretended lol).

The Gaia doesn't seem have any of this issue as well.

glad to hear that. I used the tournon yesterday, so far so good. Hope it never happens again.

I just bought a Caissa hobo in RB and my SA told me not to be concern with the screw issue. He said any bag from October on, LV has fixed the issue buy changing to longer screw or something. Not sure if he is telling me the truth though since it's doesn't look any different to me. Any one heard the same thing from their SA?

My SA told me the same thing.
I'm still going to wait awhile before getting her.
Please keep us updated.
Enjoy her, she is beautiful.

I had one of the original RB Caissa Hobo's. I was walking around with a small screwdriver and constantly tightening the screws. My SA couldn't believe it. After several weeks, she called and took the original back and replaced with a new bag. I have had NO ISSUES at all! It is absolutely perfect!

That's reassuring to know. What is the date code on your new one without issues? I'm curious mine is Oct. I haven't used yet still kinda worry about the issue. I'm still within my return period.
