Sunny morning, new pancake mix--
Rhubarb read flavors, then fainted in panicky horror.

No, dear bear.
You will NOT be eaten in breakfast food.
Different sort of "rhubarb" as ingredient. :D

[emoji15] I never realised that "rhubarb" is "Rhabarber". [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23] I should use my dictonary more often...
No wonder poor Rhubarb fainted. [emoji23]
"Rhabarberkuchen" is one of my favorite cakes. We make in in May and June and looks like this:

How is Rhubarb now? Still frightened?

This cake looks delicious!!!

Rhubarb is drinking warm tea & is fine now.
Saw your photo, said he would love to try a piece.
As long as no bears in recipe. :D

Also said would be okay to add 1 blue plastic lizard to your cake.
Since Jimmy bit bear's nose repeatedly, until woke from faint.
Toy lizard first aid methods are very toothy & direct. ;)

And yet despite the considerable shock Rhubarb did not let go of his handbag, and kept it safe from contact with the (dreaded) ground - what a guy ;)

Ha! I do not think that plastic lizards are a very good in cakes. [emoji38]

[emoji102] This was the first think I noticed on the foto. Handbag safe above the ground. [emoji1]
Thanks for the cake love. I cannot wait for May.

Not at that price but it's always interesting to see where the prices get made up from. I know these are old, but I'm not sure how limited??

Hehehe. I think some sellers just try their luck and start with high prices. [emoji15]

i think rhubarb and lizard would enjoy australia
plenty of sheep, lizards (blue tongue ones jimmy!), koala bears and kangaroos and plenty of opportunity for mischief, sorry, i meant adventures!

Hehehe--you are right!
Have been fiddling with plans for NZ trip for awhile. Nothing concrete, yet. :(

Am sure Jimmy could have interesting conversation with Oz's little brown snake. And duck-billed platypus.
I see Rhubarb being stolen by a roo, riding cowboy-style in pouch. And loving it. :D

Rhubarb decided to pose artfully today.
Italian artfully. Classic artfully.
The sort of art where everyone wears a good scarf.

Unfortunately, Jimmy the lizard found another nose to bite.
And rather ruined bear's camera moment.

Naughty Jimmy. Rhubarb looks so handsome with his scarf on modelling. I always knew he was a sophicated bear:graucho:

Hmmn ... Rhubarb may not be the innocent bear he appears to be in this lizardy escapade :police: where would nippy Jimmy be without a compadre in crime giving him the necessary leg up??! :busted
