I totally understand - it is simply gorgeous BUT personally, for 595 it's too small and I haven't even seen one irl yet...I already know (for myself). I am hoping they produce a regular size black croc Gramercy :)

Are you going to order a regular size smooth leather Gramercy? You could also wait for more colours. I still wish I could just see them all in person IN a store.

Me too - they can't put "small" in the name and then make it the same size as the medium. Plus the price is lower, which makes sense....

Me too - I may very well get one of the smooth ones instead once I can see them.

When I checked on 33731 I was told it was $550 and dimensions are 13 3/4 L x 9 H x 5 1/2W.

It will be interesting to see if they come out with an in between size!

These are definitely two different sizes! First pic is 33731 and second pic is 33732.

Anyone own the Soft Borough (regular size) can tell me if the short straps lay flat eventually? I looked at 6 different ones last night and only one (camel) had a strap that would lay flat flipped down. And even that one it was the one side, not both. But it gave me hope that maybe they would settle down eventually?

If Coach had used 1/4" of more leather for the handle slot, it wouldn't be an issue!

I need a black medium size E/W cross body. Everything now has satchel straps which are always poking my armpit, let alone how weird it lays when you wear a coat.

I wish Coach hadn't discontinued the latest Madison hardware - it was classy and the handles always laid flat.

Does anyone have the pebbled borough (eg oxblood or alpine moss) as well as the glove tan borough (eg vermilion). Just wondering which leather you prefer and how each of them has been holding up.
