One was when my aunt and uncle were in Spain and I was frantically trying to reach them to see if they'd buy a bag for me before they left. I reached them in time to get it on their last day. Another was a bag I found on Craigslist, but it was in Texas and I'm in California. My cousin met the lady and bought it for me!

All my luxury bags are preowned, but my newest to me is the Eva in DA.

None really. All were purchased online with little fanfare. But I was equally excited to receive them all.

It is actually my Chanel flap. I love it, but it cannot be worn crossbody which I've come to find is very important to me.

Around 25 (mid-range and high-end). High end only is around 20 so about 5 mid-range bags.

2. How do you store and organize your handbags?
Store them on the top shelf of my closet in their dustbags. About five of my most commonly used bags, I put in the dustbags and hang them on the hook on closet door. I also stuff all the bags with air paper.

3. What was the first bag that you purchased?
First bag ever? No idea.
First mid-range was a Coach black leather bag in the later 90s.
First high end bag was a Burberry backpack in the early 2000s.

6. What was your most dramatic handbag buying experience?
I bought a Jimmy Choo lambskin bag off Saks Online a couple years back. First and last time ever using Saks Online. The bag came with chain stored inside the bag for shipping (like it should have been) but the bag was COVERED in scratches from the chain. Since the chain was stored inside the bag for shipping, the chain did NOT scratch the bag during shipping. The bag had to have been covered in scratches before they ever packed it. I guess that they packed up a floor model and sent it to me, hoping that I wouldn't mind that it looked like crap. Had to get a refund which was also a pain. That incident has totally turned me off Saks Online (and Saks in general). I'll stick to Neiman Marcus. I have bought several bags online from NM over the years with absolutely no issue so they will continue getting my business.

7. What is your favorite store to buy handbags?
Neiman Marcus. I don't live near any boutiques or near high end department stores so I do the majority of my shopping online. For boutiques, I like Dior best...now they know how to do customer service.

8. What is your current favorite bag?
It changes constantly. Right now, I am rocking my Fendi By the Way bag, but I'll probably switch out soon.

9. What is your least favorite bag?
A Matt and Nat bag I got for Christmas last year. Horrendous quality (especially for the price) but I haven't gotten rid if it yet since it was a gift.

16 - yikes! I want to get down to 10 or 12. But that 16 includes some vintages that are sentimental keepers.

Lol! The H special orders are really wonderful to do, especially the first one I placed in Paris, but probably the Barenia Birkin. It came in to a flagship store and the store managers and associates hid it for me as those bags are fairly hard to find. I had to race down there and grab it!

It's kinda sounding like that would be Hermès . But to be honest, I prefer buying pre-loved if I can.

All the while he thought I was just shopping in the City, but I actually flew in and our of the state, roundtrip, the same day.
