I love it!
On the shortest buckle adjustment the strap has a 20" drop. (The LV strap that it comes with when worn on the shoulder has a 13" drop.)

I don't see this as a problem. You'll probably find that they have to be distanced the a certain length apart so won't always line up with the flowers exact.

I would say no simply based on their sizes:
Neonoe is 10.2 x 8.7 x 10.6
The 26 is 10.2 x 7.9 x 2.0

I am not sure, I don't have a Petit Noe at the moment. You can buy it and try it!

Have you girls watched Wendy's youtube from yesterday? She talks about that the first sold noes, didn't have stitches on the strap... then suddenly LV decided to stitch... I think you should get a replacement if yours is not stitched....

From IG, some bags straps have stitching, some has not. Mine was made the 10th week, has no stitching on the straps. [emoji848]
