Is it just me or are you finding google searches less useful in the last while?

I actually noticed the same thing and was wondering what was going on 🤷🏻‍♀️ seriously
They’ve messed with the algorithms for all searches

I haven’t tried it yet, but I hear Duck Duck Go is a much better search engine

Hi ladies, not sure if this is the right thread for this question. I’m curious if I’ll be able to fit a 14inch Thinkpad laptop in a PT? According to the dimensions it looks like I won’t be able to zip the bag but I guess if I tilt the laptop it might fit given the base of the bag is quite wide? I’ve searched on the forum but it seems the photos showing laptops in PTs have all expired so I hope someone who’s carried a laptop (maybe a 13inch MacBook) can let me know. Thanks heaps!

Thank you so much @vesna !

I was debating getting a Work or a Pt as my second Bbag. Having carried City to work for the last little while I realised I am a crossbody bag person…glad to hear that I can use PT to carry a laptop.

I love both much better than the City. For work. I recently started carrying weekender for work too LOL. Ut if I don't have a laptop, a crossbody Velo is perfect. There is amazing thread about finding the best straps for Bals which have short or no strap like Work. Part Time strap is somewhat longer than on the City but not near crossbody like Velo.

Thanks for pointing me to the post! Those straps on Work look perfect.

May I ask why you wouldn’t carry a laptop in a Velo? I was looking into Velo as well previously but was deterred by the long crossbody strap.

actually sometimes I do, a small one, MacAir, I just don't like a somewhat heavy bag banging on my hip, I rather carry it by hand, but velo is great too. Instead of a long strap, sometimes I replace with shorter Coach leather chain link straps I have. They match all colors of my bags so I just need those two I have instead of strap for every bag. I use them for Firsts as well.

Speaking of part times, does anyone like them more than citys? I dont have any but have considered looking for certain color ways in the part time i cant find in the city
They are roomier, but if you don't like the fortune cookie effect on the City, it's worse on the PT. I'm generally not a fan of east-west bags but I love the PT with G21 hardware. I think the bigger studs and wider strap balance out the proportions of the PT, and I believe the handles are bit roomier on those as well. I can carry G21 PTs on the should by the handles.
