Speaking of outrageous prices, TRR just sold this fake for $1000. So much for their “expert authentication”.

I’ve seen a lot more fakes lately
 
It's like tRR has regressed. Pricing all over the place (mainly too much rather than too little), random classifications of condition, fakes aplenty, non-stop misidentification of styles (or else the generic "top handle bag" descriptor) and the hilariously resized model pics.
I have no idea whether this is human error or their AI tech needs a retool. (Every time I email about fakes I get the 'we use AI to supplement authentication' spiel.)
For us enthusiasts, we can spot the fakes, and know what style is what, but for the casual buyer, it's a crapshoot. Throw in the no returns policy (unless you pay them for the return guarantee) and it's just an utter mess.

AI needs to come a long way before it can be trusted for authentications. Right now it's accuracy rate is the same as flipping a coin.
