I've noticed the prices for Cities at TRR have gone through the roof lately, even the ones that are in terrible condition. Disappointed to see some of the atrocious ones selling at their asking price. Maybe if they had a trouble selling them, we'd see the prices back to where they were a month or 2 ago, but as long as someone's willing to pay $700-800+ for something like this, thats unlikely to happen
