I have purchased from them too no problems. I'm super hesitant now to purchase from TRR as they've made all balenciaga handbags final sale etc. It didn't use to be this way. Sometimes they said "final sale" especially if it was super discounted etc. but it seems now like they're ALL NO RETURN items with Bal handbags. I wonder if too much bait and switch or some madness. It's sad though because it has made me less likely to purchase unless I'm 100% sure I can live with whatever shows up.
Am I the only one?

I don't blame you. I have heard many horror stories with TRR so I definitely will never purchase from them. Especially knowing their horrific return policy. I stick with Fashionphile, and most likely Yoogi's Closet (considering this purchase goes well).

I just purchased a white lambskin leather Giant 21 Gold Brief bag. I will definitely post pics when I receive.

I'm cautious with TRR. They've screwed up several times (misstating measurements, materials, etc), but I've always also received a full refund with free return shipment, including just last month on a final sale Balenciaga blazer that was deeply discounted. If they misstate something in a listing, or if the bag is fake, I won't be shy about demanding a refund, even if it is final sale. But I'd eat it if the condition or color isn't as I expected.

Generally their no refund policy in conjunction with unknowledgeable staff and the worst listing photos ever makes me not buy many bags I would otherwise jump on. If authenticity is unclear or I can't confirm the year/season of a particular color on my wishlist, I simply won't buy from them. There's a gray city listed right now that I would buy if only I could confirm it's 07 Plomb. Since I can't, I'm unwilling to gamble. They lose sales because of these practices.

I love Yoogi's, they have the best CS hands down. I've emailed them on Sunday night (expecting a response on Monday or Tuesday), and have actually gotten responses on Sunday. Not that I'd expect that each time, but they respond really, really quickly, and you get to speak to a real person, and not some outsourced call center. Their return policy is really generous too. I'm so put off by Fashionphile's recent return policy update that I don't even look at them anymore. TRR I only purchase from because they unfortunately still have the best discounts and variety, though it's always a gamble with them.

I read about this lady yesterday, I did wonder if this might be from her collection. Whoever got this was so freaking lucky, it looks amazing condition. That strap, the pewter hardware, the color looks like a jewel—and the PRICE!

Gonna have to keep an eye on TRR for the next few days...

I hadn't heard anything about Fashionphile's recent return policy. Is it really bad now?

Agreed. That's crazy short. I wonder why they reduced it from a 30 day window? I mean, who would use it with the tag still hanging? If that's what they're worried about.
