Backpack looks great on you. Any issues with the button closure vs zipper?I finally went into the LV store today and ended up purchasing the monogram with the black! The turtledove color had a scuff mark on it AGAIN… 3rd one I looked at. So despite the color being gorgeous I just couldn’t do it. The black looked too “meh” on me. So monogram it is! Never would’ve thought! I guess 3rd time is a charm! I hope I’m happy with my decision

I downloaded the LV app and emailed a picture of my pochette that I needed to repair. They got back to me via app and I just mailed it back to them today. They sent me a quote first ($60), I said okay and then they emailed me the ups label. It was just that easy. You should download the app and see how much they quote you to replace the strap. Gorgeous backpack! I want one of these too. I am totally jealous!!❤❤❤
You made the wise choice. I am not sure if you are a mom or not, but if you are, the monogram canvas is the way to go. No this is not normal. What is that? Is the wax coating on the canvas coming off or too much wax? I would send this back since it’s a material issue. I think LV has been doing a lousy job with backpacks lately. I believe the palm springs backpack had glazing issues for awhile. People who had that problem had the same dilemma as you because these bags are so hard to get. My issue with monogram canvas came in the form of pochette Métis. The glazing kept on coming off. But they fixed the issue because I bought a PM last year and I have had no problems with it so far.Just got my beautiful Montsouris PM delivered and it has a defect!(See photos). Hi everyone so I just purchased the Montsouris PM last month and I finally took her out last night for the first time but I noticed that the magnetic buckle closure is crooked as you can clearly see in the photos has anyone else had this same issue this with their Montsouris? I have compared it to other bags online and most seem to be aligned correctly. I'm going to have to contact my SA to see if I can exchange for another bag or have it repaired. I guess every bag is unique, I just expected it to be perfect especially when paying for a luxury item...please help any thoughts??

Hey hun I'm actually currently having the same issue with my monogram montsouris pm bag, the magnetic buckle is crooked. What did you end up doing? Did the store end up exchanging it for a new one or is this something that can be repaired, just curious?
I ended up returning the bag. It was the last one so they couldn't offer me a replacement (if they did they would have exchange it). I been looking at so many montsouris and I started to noticed a lot of them the buckle is crooked. Some more than other. It might be something we have to live with unfortunately.

I ended up exchanging for a new one which looks almost perfect and it's actually made in France which is even better
I have the noir and love it. I’ve had it about a year and it still like new. My only complaint is that it’s a pain to get into.
