I have the same backpack and I chose the taupe vs the black because i prefer the pink interior. So i didnt have a hard time choosing it. I feel like with backpacks, i want a bright interior versus a dark one. But thats really personal preference. Also the size works for when i need to bring a bit more stuff than just phone, wallet and little things. Hope this helps.

I am on holiday and walked into an LV store as it was empty. They had the Palm Springs Mini in reverse so I bought it. I had heard they're a little hard to find.
Then started poking around Youtube etc and see that some people prefer the regular monogram. I asked and that one is also available here.
What is your preference for the PS Mini -- reverse or mono? I know it comes down to personal preference, but I'm curious! My outfits tend to be a bit plain so I am happy with the funkier reverse, but wondering if I should also pick up the mono.

Hi and congrats on your great find! I love the Palm Springs mini so much that I own both! I actually prefer the reverse in this bag and use it more than the classic mono. I wear it crossbody with the reverse bandouliere strap xl that you can purchase separately. Worn that way it is amazingly comfortable for all day travel and city wear plus it looks fabulous. Whichever monogram you choose you can’t go wrong. It’s seriously one of my very favorites.
I have had both but let them go only because they were a bit too small for me. If I were ever to get one again it would definitely be the reverse. Just something about the reverse it really caught my eye when first looking at them. If you get the monogram as well you can’t go wrong. They are both nice looking bags! Enjoy your new beauty!

I bought the Turtledove and now I *need* it in Noir too I’m in love.
Finally got this beauty after thinking about getting it for years ! LVoe! I had to get a CA to order it in for me as there wasn’t a single PSM in my country. Do you all think is fine in regards to the canvas alignment and stitching? I was a bit sad that the dustbag they gave was quite small as the PSM fits snugly into it.

I found a nearly perfect vintage montsouris mm from 2004 that still has the original tag, dust bag and box! I'm in love with that classic, heritage look that I think of when I think of Louis Vuitton. I was trying to decide between this one and the new montsouris pm in noir empreinte leather. I really like the low-key, but also luxurious, look of the black empreinte monogram as well as the convenient magnetic snap closure. I was hesitant about going with the vintage one because of the buckle closure potentially annoying me. But then I read about people that take their vintage montsouris backpacks and get the closure converted into a magnetic snap from Leather Surgeons/Rago Brothers. Now that I have the bag, which is in pristine condition, I'm afraid of ruining/tampering with such classic piece haha. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
