No problem. I realized you have misalignment of the straps. I would return/exchange it because mine is not like that.

Thanks for responding. I told my store that I would rather see it repaired, however I think they will find it defective. In which case I know there is a very long paid wait list, and I will probably cancel for now...? I can't see leaving that much$$$ hanging out there with no backpack. We shall see. I ordered three bags at the same time, and they all had major issues. (All looked like customers used and damaged and then returned) Not too happy, as they have my money for all three, yet I have no bags. :annoyed:

I LOVE your backpacks! May I ask if choosing between your lockme MM backpack and montsouris which one would you choose and why? I have the lockme noir tote as well as the montsouris GM and the smaller new model montsouris. I'm thinking about the noir lockme backpack or new lockme mini crossbody now! But I'm not sure if I need three backpacks or go for something different. Perhaps finally jumped on the Neverfull bandwagon?! :)

Thank you! For me, they're so different and so I choose them based on my needs for the day. I carry the Montsouris regularly because it's like an everyday bag. I carry the red Lockme when I'm either going somewhere kind of special but not formal or other times. But I wouldn't use it as an everyday bag because it is expensive and I don't want to scuff it up. It's durable but I tend to baby my bright colored bags. The mini Lockme is very fun. I carry it for all occasions. The gold color and strap versatility allow for that. It is small, so it doesn't hold as much as the others obviously but it can carry the main things. I love backpack handbags. So for me, there's no such thing as just one for this or that. They all serve different purposes.

It should still be OK. They're all like that. But I think it's more so it won't pull and then rip the canvas.

I actually returned my pm so they could do a quality check, as on mine it was already stretching the canvas to point which I was afraid that it may tear. Never even used it, but that isn't to say it wasn't a floor model or return item. Waiting to hear what they have to say.

Did you have to wait long for your PM? I just had my SA put in a request for a PM in mono and reverse today to see what pops up. They had a mm in stock but it seemed too big for everyday.
If anyone is interested here are Hawaii prices
Mm $2000
Pm $1800
Both prices for mono, didn’t ask for the reverse price

I sent mine for quality check, and haven't heard back yet, I also put in for a another NeoNoe freesia. Still waiting. I called 800 number to find out there were 80 on the prepaid wait list and also asked about ps pm and they said that prepaid list was even longer. Don't know if that helps you... haven't been able to find out if the pm us even being made right now, or if they are just transferring available items between stores.
