Hey I’m in Queensland too and I ordered a GM which came with a dust bag (but I had to send it back as the rings didn’t come together) and then I ordered a MM and it didn’t come with a dust bag. I called the LV customer service and they said it’s not a usual service to provide dust bags. ♀️
Mine was the same!!! I had the GM size and my top and 2nd ring was like yours the moment I received it so I sent it back to the store and it’s now being repaired. It would have killed me to live with it so I decided to get it repaired. They told me it’ll take 14 weeks to get it back. BooI received my large ring GM mono agenda about 3 weeks ago after months of waiting.
It's gorgeous but the rings are already showing a small gap already with barely any useparticularly on the top ring. It catches paper a bit when I turn pages.
I know this item is hard to find so I'm reluctant to just return, is it worth bringing into store once they open to ask for a repair?
Does anyone have an up to date experience and/or repair cost for just the rings? I'm in the UK but any information gladly received!

Quick Questing: Looking a for a desk agenda cover, sold out online, is it easily available in stores or to order? Or long wait time for this item?
I was able to pick up a monogram one in my local store in March, which I exchanged for a damier graphite that my SA ordered for me to ship to store. Seems to be easily available or ordered through SA based on my recent experience!

Yes super easy. It's just the end of the year/beginning of the year that it's hard to get any agendas according to my SA. When I went in, they already have it in stock. But I didn't want the one from the drawer so my SA kindly ordered one for me.
I received my LV GM Agenda today and the canvas looks perfect, I just was very surprised how cheap the rings feel, they seem a plasticky. Can anyone tell me if this is normal?
It's normal. My friend, who is used to collecting vintage agendas, noticed it right away. She was upset since price has gone up so much. She figures that they swapped up the parts with cheaper metals.
Also make sure to see if your rings are tight. She has a problem where rings were not closed smoothly and paper was catching a bit as she turned pages.

Not sure. But my guess is that it's around the same time LV announced that they will no longer use brass parts for the bags. If you search reetzy and comb through posts I'm sure you can find out when they announced this. Older vintage bags had brass metals that were plated.
Just like Chanel, people look for vintage pieces because not only quality in craftmanships but also materials used. And with all these increases.. I'm sure prices will go up more in the secondhand market too, so better look now.

Just a note,
I purchased a mono agenda from Fashionphile AND in LV, the rings have 2 screws.. I think both of them were made in 2018 and 2019. The rings are "cheap" looking, with no gaps in-store after opening and closing using the tabs. Then after taking it home (not overly stuffed) there are minor gaps in the 2 top rings. Happened to both of the mono agendas. I think if you look for agendas without the 2 screws, you might have the more high-quality rings.
Weird though bc I had a damier graphite made in the same year 2018/2019 and the rings had NO gaps. Hmm.
