Was the crease like mine? I posted a pic of it a few msgs above yours. Thats good to know that LV stands by their products.

My crease looked exactly like yours. I originally contacted LV via email but got the standard take it into store and an LV specialist will take a look.
Not sure if it helped but I mentioned I had a few "friends" who had a similar issue and I believe there was a defect with this particular bag model.

Good luck, do you want to exchange for another favourite or a different item?

I am sadly going to be selling my Favorite MM in the DA print. Anyone have any recommendations on the best place to do this? I was thinking eBay since I have all forms of proper purchase info to authenticate it. I've used yoogi's before in consignment but they take such a large percentage out. Anyone have any better ideas? It's been worn like 10 times and a 2015 year and in awesome shape.

Hi ladies.. just wanted to give you an update. I brought in the Favourite to the store, SA took a look and offered me a replacement/ credit. She did mention that if i were to get another Favourite in mono canvas, she can't guarantee that i will face the same issue. So i got the credit and topped up for a pochette metis. I was very lucky that 2 just came into the store this morning. I had the metis before but had glazing issues and was exchanged for a delightful. I took it as a sign today that i was meant to have the metis again in my collection. So fingers crossed.

I totally appreciate this forum so much! I was gungho on getting myself a favorite until i read about the creases! When i went to look at the mm, i can see a slight indentation where the crease was forming.. i couldnt get myself to get over that so i passed:( still think about it but i doubt i'll get it because of that;(

Anyone with a PM that experienced the creasing issue?

I personally chose the favorite MM because I wanted a Crossbody that actually would hold a few items. I own the Pochette Felicie in mono and the inserts that are included (card holder and zippered Pouch) and iPhone 7 plus is all that fits. Not that it isn't a great Clutch.. but space is limited.
I considered the Eva but this still I felt was too small for my needs.
This ultimately led to me choosing the MM in Monogram. I am concerned with ruining patina due to rain or water splashes so I sold the vachetta strap that came with MM and purchased the Monogram adjustable strap off the Louis Vuitton website. The bag now has very minimum vachetta. I treated my vachetta as well with apple garde rain and stain repellant after hearing good reviews, I noticed no change in the color when I treated the few spots of leather vachetta.
I have a newer model of the favorite mm (44 week of 2016 made in France) and have yet to see a crease form, but it seems to be occurring on some who have had theirs for a while. I can upload pictures if needed :). This size is perfect for everything and holds more than you would expect!
