I took my favorite mm into LV today because of the creasing. I bought the bag pre loved and the sales associate was less than accommodating. The bag is only a year old! So I asked for a manager and he agreed to send it in to repairs to have them assess it. he said he'd never seen one like that. I am hoping corporate will replace it! Did anyone else have a boutique send theirs in for assessment? How did it turn out??

Yes, i was allowed to exchange by bags eventually, but it wasn't too easy or playing pleasant a feat!!
May i know which canvas you have??
