So sorry to hear about your bag!
Ive experienced the beginning of that horrible creasing in both my Favourites!!(ive posted about that on previous pages here)
Yes, i was allowed to exchange by bags eventually, but it wasn't too easy or playing pleasant a feat!!
May i know which canvas you have??
Mine were the Damiers.
Good luck !! Hope they offer you a new bag or an exchange!!

My bag is a monogram. I really hope they do something about it! These kinda of issues are steering me away from LV!

I'm also curious on what they will say. I've sent photos to my SA before and they all seem like they've "never seen this problem before" *eye roll* I never actually brought mine in yet because I didn't want to deal with the hassle of them turning me away or something.

This is interesting. I was just browsing LV hashtags on Instagram and came across this wallet that has the same crease that some Favorites get, albeit higher! I've never seen it on another piece aside from the Favorite. I'm not sure which wallet this is (it had a hashtag of an Eva but it's obviously not that). But I immediately thought of the Favorites when I saw it!

Never seen this crease on anything other than the Favorite!!
I wonder if it was overstuffed or something?
But its truly a rare sight!!

This looks like it could possibly be the Sarah wallet, not sure though.

Another crease case here. I bought this DE MM from eBay and there was no mention of creasing in the description. The bag has a date code from 2014 and is in otherwise excellent condition. I have the original receipt and packaging and plan to take it to my local boutique to see what they say about it. I have an azure favorite that has no creasing. Has anyone had recent success with an exchange with DE?

Aw, man, I am so sorry! That really sucks. I am officially out on the Favorite. It was going to be my first LV, but I just do not want to spend $1,000 and then worry constantly waiting for this to happen. :( I will check out the Eva. At least I'll save some money! But I am bummed. Really loved the Favorite MM. Hope you can get a resolution on this one.

I just returned my favorite mm de to FP due to the creasing. Made in France 2015. It was in the same spot as yours second row above the plate. It was in fabulous condition like it was never used , both straps were stiff. Never again unless they remodel it to correct this defect.

Did you purchase yours pre-loved or from the store? Did the SAs make it easy for you to return/exchange it?

Omg!!! Thats awful!! Im so sorry this happened to u too, but i went through the same ordeal. (My crease wasnt thisss bad though,except in certain lighting!)

Ive just gotten the replacement Fav DE.
Im terrified of using it, lest it develops this ugly crease again!!
Good luck to you! Hope LV doesnt give you a hard time with this! :(
