My favourite mm had developed the dreaded crease so I took it to the louis vuitton store in Manchester and the lovely SA provided me with a new one [emoji1]

I've never been a huge fan of mono (love vachetta though) but I love the look with the Ebene strap. Looks so good!!!

I know ive been missing in action.
Just havent been well lately...so the delay.
A couple of months back i took my favourite in with Loads of pictures of that dreaded crease. The customer service i received was extremely unsatisfactory and the SA(also the repair specialist) refused to admit that anyoneeee had everrrr had issue before!! He acted like i was crazy and said that one doesnt look at their bags that hard anyway, and that the crease wasnt obvious in "normal lighting."
After endless persuasion, he finally told me to write in to the LV people in France and he would mail them pics!!!
As i said before as i wasnt in my element , i really did not bother to do all that crap...
So extremelyyyyy disapponted that LV would not stand behind their products

I love it when LV stands behind its products. Had the same issue and they replaced mine too. How did u store it previously? I store my new one stuffed, upright, and with something between the flap and the magnet because I suspect the magnet is too strong for flap. I think it pulls in the flap and causes the dent. My SA thinks this is a good idea too. So far so good with my new one that's a month old now.
