My daughters Kate Spade and Michael Kors bags have better CS than LV. Both have a full one year warranty and they stand behind their products. How is it normal wear and tear when it was used maybe 5 times? I would avoid this bag if I were you.

That's terrible, perhaps get a second opinion? I just got my favorite mm in DE and would be upset if this happened after using it only 5 times [emoji22]

Just talked to my SA again and she said she's going to make this right! So happy to hear that! [emoji3] If I'd had it a long time I'd feel differently but to be so new isn't right. Enjoy yours! And I hope yours is trouble free. By the way it wasn't my SA who said normal wear and tear but the repair people.

I'm so relieved to hear they are making it right! [emoji1] I personally have been buying LV for over 15 years and have always been lucky to have amazing customer service. Enjoy your favorite [emoji6]

Thank you. I really love this bag. I've only ever had 2 problems with bags and both were new. Just waiting to hear what they'll do but I know my SA will make it right. [emoji4]

Could someone tell me how long the leather shoulder strap is on the MM size. I do not live near a store so have to order everything. I prefer to wear it crossbody and the eve will be to small for my needs.

I just measured end to clip to be 46 inches. I'm 5'4 and it was too short for my taste without me adding an extension to wear crossbody.

I'm having the same debate. I love the favorite but the strap is too short for a cross body. So I recently went to my local LV & the SA there suggested that if I want it longer for cross body, they do sell an adjustable strap separately.

It's very comfortable. I have taken mine to different theme parks and the zoo. I had it on me for the entire day. I carried my wallet, cles, cardholder, tissue, wipes, keys, phone, and sunnies (when indoor). No issues at all with the shoulder. It's my go to bag for day trips with the kids :)


The shirt I wore in all cases covered the top of my shoulder. It might be a different experience if you were wearing a shirt with thin straps in which case, the bag strap may be sitting directly on your skin.

I am so in loveeeee with my Favorite PM! :hbeat:

I just came back from my trip to Japan and I used my Favorite everyday.... it was my very first time using her and she traveled with me all over Japan (even to Tokyo Disneyland!) and I am shocked by how perfect she still looks. I didn't even have to baby her during the trip... I was super worried about the creasing issue but my husband convinced me to just let it go and enjoy the bag... and fortunately, there is no crease! I bought my Favorite earlier this year so maybe LV had found a solution to the creasing flap issue? I was also able to fit a lot of my belongings inside and the shoulder strap is so comfortable.

At first, I was super bummed when I decided to leave my Neverfull at home but now I truly believe that my Favorite will be the perfect travel bag... especially since I don't have to worry about crowded areas and whether or not there will be enough space for my bag!
