Seems good to me! I was looking at the way the flap overlaps the spot where the magnet is located. It is empty now so if it overextends, then it misses the magnet but not a big deal.

Oh congrats! Bag twins!! You know I used to sew bags (make fabric purses for fun of course) with magnets and honestly the stronger the magnet, the more likely it will warp the fabric and pull it. Better to have a light magnet as the point is to keep the flap on the bag and not so strong that you have to pull it off like a snap.

Better to have a light magnet as the point is to keep the flap on the bag and not so strong that you have to pull it off like a snap.

Hi, love your bag! I was looking @ the Eva & this exact bag but I'm so confused as so many people complain about the magnetic closure & the short strap. How have you found this? Are you tall? I'm 5'7 (170cm) & from what I've heard it will be way to short for me for crossbody. I hear people have been purchasing longer straps to go with them, do you know how long the strap from the Eva is as I hear that one would be long enough for me. Sorry for all the questions but I really want to make sure I get it right when spending this much money. Thanks 😊

Hi. I love this bag too. Well i had the eva and it was way to long on me. Im 5'3 and it hit below my hip but it was also to small. The favorite mm carries a lot but when its on my shoulder it lays at the hip. Im not a crossbody person but the chain can be clipped to the strap to make it longer. The magnet is weak thats my only complaint. But i havent had issues with things falling out. I think you would like the favorite better. It really is a nice bag and it a holds a lot

Hi, thanks so much for your reply. As much as I think the Eva is a beautiful bag I think you're right, it will definitely be too small. The favorite mm looks like a much better size for what I'm after. Great tip about the chain, I'll def try it instore! I'll test the magnet when instore but good to know you haven't had a problem with things falling out. Thanks again 😊

Your welcome. I had the eva and sold it because it was to small. The favorite can also be dressed up more than the eva. In my opinion. And the little pocket inside is so handy
