Does anyone have a favorite pm and mm? I currently own a pm, but I've been thinking about selling my pm and buying an mm. I feel like the pm fits very little so I can't use it as a practical bag. My pm currently fits my zcp, cles with keys, and my cell. That's about all that will fit in there. I notice the mm is slightly bigger, but what does that extra space really fit? A lip gloss? I'm hoping to be able to fit glasses in the mm without the purse closing funny.

There is a member here called myusername who is an expert on this matter. She has a hello kitty avatar, and if you go back several pages, you will find her extensive and helpful posts on the differences between the two, including mod shots and what fits inside....super helpful! HTH!

Edit: just looked up one of the posts I referenced by myusername...check out post #1679. GL!

thanks! I found myusername's posts. The mm does look like it is big enough to fit my glass case.

So... I decided to measure my bag and pretend as if it were the mm by extending the length according to the difference on the LV website. But then I noticed the official LV site has different measurements than my pm? I bought my favorite pm in march 2014 from an LV boutique. Have they re-modeled it since then?

Current Official LV site:
Favorite PM: 8.3 x 5.5 x 1.6 inches
Favorite MM: 11.0 x 6.7 x 1.6 inches

This was on the very first post of this thread. It matches more closely to my measurements for my pm.

Dimension:
Favorite PM: 9.5" x 5.5" x 1.6"
Favorite MM: 11" x 6.7" x 1.6"

So does this mean I really only gain 1.5" in length?

Has anyone had their Favorite's plate replaced? Or has anyone figured out a great way to get rid of small surface scratches? Thanks! [emoji177]
I just got my monogram favorite mm few days ago and tried a few different things to protect the plate. My boyfriend just gave me a sheet of clear laminate paper. It's clear on both sides and one side has blue grid. U can place it right on the plate and mark where to cut. It came out perfect! I'll let everyone know how long this lasts lol.

I have fit the following in my favorite mm. LV mirror charm in the pocket. LV multicolor business card holder as a wallet. Christmas animation mini pouchette which holds my lipstick, perfume and aspirin. 6 ring monogram key holder. Round monogram coin purse. iPhone 5s and soft cloth sunglass pouch and my cigarettes. Hope this helps anyone wondering what fits. Also the NYC Soho store has Made in France Favorites and mine has a very strong magnet.

Have your SA call my SA in the Bloomingdales LV in Tyson's Corner, VA (703) 388-0064. (If an answering service takes your call, which they do a lot of times, ask to speak to the SA on the sales floor in Bloomingdales). His name is Andrews. You should not be paying for this item. That's why they made it lifetime warranteed specifically because of the wear and tear of the brass! Please don't pay for it! It's free!

Thanks for the info! I don't own one yet, but plan to buy one soon. I was hesitant since the SA I talked to at the LV boutique in CA told me there is no such thing as lifetime warranty as long as you own the bag. She even said in a jokingly way that if LV were to offer that free service they will be out of business.
