Wonderful favorite collection. I was debating between mm and pm. I have the eva in mono and love it because the size is perfect and so cute even though it can't fit a ton. Do you feel pm is cuter but mm is more practical because it fits more?
Yes, the MM is more practical, but now that I have a PM, I've found that I really don't need the extra space that the MM offers. In terms of looks, in my opinion, the PM is way cuter, especially when carried as a clutch or wristlet.
Finally got my first LV purse from my boyfriend as a surprise birthday present.
I really wanted a small purse for my birthday this year. So I decided to look at the website. I also sent my bf some links to help me decide haha. So we finally decided to visit some LV shops in Osaka while we're on our vacation.
I was looking at the Favorite PM when my bf told me that he's gonna buy me one for my birthday. I was surprised! (And he got me the MM instead.)

I dropped it off yesterday along with my Metis. I was told it takes a week for both repairs and it should be ready for pick up by end of next week. Hope this helps!

What is your most prefered print among the 3 mm's? I am now sure of getting one.
I am liking the mono and DE print. But monogram with vachetta leather will definitely patina and the DE with coated leather is prone to cracking (not sure of this).I have the Favorite in Mono & Azur and my mono' plate needs to be replaced as it has lot of scratches. I was at the LV store today making a purchase and I inquired about the cost of plate replacement for Favorite and vachetta tab replacement for my Metis. My SA informed me that LV will replace the plate free of charge for the lifetime of the bag. I thought to share this good needs with all you Favorite lovers.
I'm taking mine in once my order arrives to have it replaced. I'm so happy that I don't need to worry so much about the plate anymore.

I'm so relieved to know about the plate replacement.My bag was pretty new when I got this huge scratch. I tried to protect the gold plate with a screen protector, so I would always check the plate. But I was tired from all the walking, so I forgot to check my bag. Huhu I was so surprised to see that the screen protector was gone and I got this long scratch. :cry: So saaaad.
I also asked one of the SAs, but she said there's no fix for this. Or maybe she just didn't understand my Japanese.

You're very welcome! I know how you feel. My first scratch was pretty a big one. I didn't take a pic of my plate before sending it for repair but I attached a pic of my mono & DA, if you zoom in you can see my mono has lots of small scratches my DA has one but I'm not worried about it as of yet. If you polish the plate it doesn't show as much.
My SA mentioned that LV decided on this recently so may be the SA didn't know? When I took mine in my SA wasn't in that day so another SA helped me. She asked me when it was purchased which was Dec 2013, and told me there's a charge. I let her know what my SA had told me and she went in the back to check and came back confirming that it was free of charge for the lifetime of the bag. I would ask the SA to check for you or you can try calling the 1800#. I been wanting to replace my plate since last May and I had inquired about the cost twice and completely forgot about it as I was probably too excited about my new purchases.
I'm also getting the letter tab by the S lock on my Metis replaced due to color transfer at no charge.
