I just want to share this. I bought my Favorite MM last year. At that time I was huge and had to use the chain as an extender to make it cross body. But after a while maybe I lost a little weight, when I use it with the chain it's too long it hits my lower thigh already. I couldn't use the bag anymore. Until today, I realize I can do it like this! Bwalah! No need to buy a shorter extender. Yey! [emoji126][emoji126][emoji126]
Totally forgot to ask as I was too excited by the news. Someone on TPF had mentioned that LV replaces the plate on the spot. I should be going back later this week to pick up my item and take Favorite in for new plate. I'll know then & let you know.
I'm still doing research on this bag as it will be my next purchase in a few months and i already know that the strap will be too short for crossbody and that's the way i will wear it. It really bugs me to buy the eva strap on top of purchasing the bag. If anybody owns a speedy B and the favorite, would you mind trying it on with the speedy strap? Mod shots would be greatly appreciated! I would also love to hear other's opinions. Is the speedy B strap too thick and wide for the favorite? Feel free to chime in! Thank you all in advane

I saw that and think it's a clever idea, but i like to keep the chain hanging. It adds a little pizzaz to the bag i think. Thanks for your input
Haha yes. I have the bando but in ebene mine is the mono favorite so I can't mod shot you that. But I measured it both at the end of the hole of the strap. Strap drop is 22" it's a little thick and it looked more casual IMO. But cross body wise yes I love the length of it.[emoji7] I'm 5'4" and size 16 [emoji85][emoji85][emoji85]

Oh wow... It actually looks quite good! Definitely beats spending an extra $300 for the Eva strap. I own speedy B DE and will get favorite in DE and I think you have helped solve my problem[emoji120]. Thank you sooooo very much

If you have an SA that's willing, the Eva strap can be ordered as a repair part for $70 no tax. That's what my SA did for me when I purchased my DE Favorite. Not all SAs will do it, especially if you don't own the bag that needs to be repaired. It's worth asking, though.
I've been obsessed with this purse lately. I now have four Favorites - all 3 prints in the MM size, and I recently pulled the trigger on a preloved PM mono. I'm really REALLY liking it in PM. God help me, but I'm thinking of letting the MMs go in order to replace them with PMs. *Not trying to sell here, of course* Anyone else feel this way? The PM is just so darn cute!
