I have the Favorite in Mono & Azur and my mono' plate needs to be replaced as it has lot of scratches. I was at the LV store today making a purchase and I inquired about the cost of plate replacement for Favorite and vachetta tab replacement for my Metis. My SA informed me that LV will replace the plate free of charge for the lifetime of the bag. I thought to share this good needs with all you Favorite lovers.
I'm taking mine in once my order arrives to have it replaced. I'm so happy that I don't need to worry so much about the plate anymore.

Wow that's awesome! God to know, thanks for sharing! I have always been worried about getting my plates scratched up! I try to protect my " investments" as best as I can! Lol I hesitated on getting my favorite for a while because of this! I came across a YouTube video where someone used a cellphone screen protector on her plate! What a great idea! Works great, I can enjoys my handbags without worrying! I went to my local Dollar Tree and grabbed a few packs. They come 2 to a pack!
